Premium Mattress Protection

Our Premium Mattress protection plan is perfect for any mattress purchases. With this plan your mattress is protected for 10 full years! Coverages include:

Mechanical and structural breakdowns as a result of:

  • Breakage causing a structural breakdown to the Covered Products

A specific, single incident, which occurs after delivery that results in accidental damage, including:

  • All stain types
  • Punctures, rips and burns

Adjustable Power Base Protection

When purchasing an adjustable base, you’ll want a Power Base protection plan. From the base to the remote, your entire adjustable bed is covered. Coverages include: Mechanical and structural breakdowns as a result of:

  • Breakage of sleeper, recliner, lifting, heating and/or vibrating mechanisms
  • Breakage of welds
  • Breakage of steel frames
  • Failure of integral electrical components, including wiring, motors and remote-control devices

1. Why do I need bedding protection?

When a covered accident happens, our protection plan offers the assistance you need – delivered by furniture experts with an unparalleled reputation for excellent customer service.

How long does the protection plan provide coverage?

Coverage extends for ten (10) full years from the date your furniture is delivered. Any new product order(s) requires its own protection plan. A full replacement of your piece fulfills the protection plan agreement.

2. How do I file a claim?

We pride ourselves on offering live customer service representatives to assist you via the toll-free number on your protection plan document. Contact us by phone, online or by sending an email within 30 days of noticing the accident.

3. What can I expect if I file a claim?

To expedite the process, you will be asked to fill out a Service Request Form to the best of your ability. This will clarify which piece was damaged, the extent of damage to your piece, when and where the accident occurred. You can also submit photos. This packet will be reviewed to determine if an in-home service can repair the damage. Please read your protection plan document for complete coverage details.
