At HassleLess Mattress, our showrooms work a little differently. There are no salespeople, managers, cashiers, or other employees inside the store. This employee-free model helps reduce the costs of operating a traditional mattress showroom, allowing us to keep our prices competitive and pass those savings along to our customers.
The experience is also designed to give customers the freedom to shop at their own pace. You can browse different brands, compare options, and try mattresses without someone following you around the showroom. However, being employee-free doesn’t mean you’re completely on your own.
